Case Studies

All our work involves real people and is therefore sensitive – and often confidential – in nature. However, here we offer a cross section of examples to illustrate our work.

Maria Peggs - client of Assessment Matters

It’s always best to let someone who has experienced our service to speak on our behalf. On the right is Maria Peggs, Managing Director of Vispera, a growing provider of training and business development services based in Derbyshire, who has used Assessment Matters on several occasions over a number of years. In three brief audio clips, Maria speaks about working with Assessment Matters on three very different projects. In the first clip, Maria talks about using Assessment Matters after taking up a new appointment following a merger. We assessed the strengths and weaknesses of her new team and facilitated group development sessions:[powerpress url="http://assessment-matters.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Team-Building.mp3"]
Assessment Matters was then asked to work with Maria and a fellow Director of the business, to help them to learn more about their “polar opposite” styles of working:

Finally, Maria explains how she used Assessment Matters’ career coaching skills to support her decision to change career and start her own business:

Now well established in her own business, Maria continues to work with Assessment Matters for personal coaching and in partnership with us to offer services to Vispera’s own clients.

Assessment Matters for Recruitment – working to a very specific brief
A high profile organisation was recruiting a Director of Communications and Customer Services into a “lion’s den” of an appointment.
