Assessment Matters is a crack team of British Psychological Society accredited assessment consultants and commercially-focused psychologists, headed by John Hamilton, an experienced leader of consulting, manufacturing and sales organisations.

Assessment Matters has the expertise and resources to handle large scale assessment & development projects as well as individual assignments. We have advised household-name multinationals, government organisations and one man bands. We have assessed Chief Executives, clerical and customer service staff and civil servants. We also have extensive experience of working with diverse, multicultural groups – having completed projects in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. We make use of leading edge psychometric questionnaires and exercises from the most reputable publishers including Saville Consulting, SHL, Talent Q, Hogrefe and Hogan.

We also have a long-standing strategic alliance with Formula 4 Leadership – John Hamilton was involved in the development of F4L’s acclaimed Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI) – and we continue to collaborate on projects and in research and development as well as providing ongoing reciprocal peer supervision. Assessment Matters distributes a number of Formula 4 Leadership products, including new versions of the LJI for Public Sector and Education and the Coach on the Desktop (CotD).
